Following a breakthrough past few months for the London-based Ghanaian gospel singer, Amanda took to the high notes to sing out praises to the Lord in her angelic voice expressing the importance of God in all aspects of her life. It’s almost transcendental how the music is delivered – the genuineness in her words is unmissable. She believes the song will serve as a beacon of hope to anybody who listens.

‘’I am excited to announce the release of my new single. I received the song in a dream a few years back, ‘Abba’ means; God as a Father and this was a song reminding me of who my Heavenly Father is to me and who He has been to me in various seasons of my life. I am so grateful to Paa Kyerematen who helped with production and arrangement of the song’’, Amanda commenting on her inspiration for the song.

Amanda Ofori is a vibrant worshiper who has been passionate about gospel music from a very young age. Being brought up in a Christian household, from the age of 2, Amanda was inspired by her grandmother and mother who worshipped every morning with gospel music. Her morning rides to school with her mum were filled with worship songs from Don Moen and Michael Smith which shaped her love for worship music. Amanda began pursuing her passion at a tender age. By age 8, she was already writing songs and putting together impressive melodies inspired by the Heavens.
